JD.com Takeout New Year's Eve Dinner Reservations Officially Open

Shanghai Securities News China Securities Network News (Reporter Liu Xuan) According to JD.com on February 10, this year, JD Waimai officially launched a nationwide New Year’s Eve dinner reservation service, partnering with over 10,000 catering outlets across the country, including top brands such as Big Duck Pear, Yunhai Yao, and Nanjing Da Pai Dang, offering a variety of full-serve packages across multiple scenarios in more than 100 cities.

Data shows that since the launch of the activity, user searches for “New Year’s Eve dinner” related terms on JD Waimai have increased eightfold month-over-month. In terms of dish options, the offerings include Chinese main courses, hotpot and barbecue, global cuisines, and the new eight major cuisines, providing a diverse range of packages from traditional family banquets to modern New Year dishes. Popular brands include Big Duck Pear, Jinbaiwan, Yunhai Yao, and other well-known restaurants.

JD Waimai stated that for reservations with a total payment of over 100 yuan, riders will provide one-on-one urgent delivery on New Year’s Eve; for hot dish packages over 1888 yuan, an additional family photo printing service will be offered. Additionally, in Beijing, Shanghai, Jinan, Nanchang, Urumqi, and other cities nationwide, priority will be given to the delivery of heated meal boxes.
