Lu Xuefang has resigned as a non-executive director, effective from February 20, 2026; 3. Non-executive director Yan Jun has been appointed as chairman of the board, effective from February 20, 2026; 4. Yang Bing has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective from February 20, 2026; 5. Lin Peng has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective from February 20, 2026; 6. Xie Hui will no longer serve as an authorized representative, effective from February 20, 2026; and 7. Yan Jun will serve as an authorized representative, effective from February 20, 2026.
