Professor Yu Shihua’s team at Tianjin University, in collaboration with Professor Huang Fei’s team at South China University of Technology and other institutions, successfully developed a new type of organic cathode material, breaking through the bottlenecks of traditional organic lithium batteries such as “low capacity” and “difficult to commercialize.” The related research findings were published online in the international academic journal Nature on February 19, Beijing time.
