Crypto Finance APP reports that Starry Chain Group (00399) once surged over 100%, with a total increase of up to 3.5 times over the past three trading days. As of the latest report, it rose 92.59% to HKD 0.26, with a trading volume of HKD 51.85 million.

On the news front, on February 13, Starry Chain Group announced that the company has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with China International Digital Intelligence Finance Group Limited regarding a real-world gold asset tokenization project. The board believes that this cooperation aligns with the group’s strategic development in blockchain infrastructure and digital asset technology. The cooperation is expected to generate new revenue streams and diversify income sources by providing technical services, participating in ecosystem operations, and engaging in RWA-related businesses.

Additionally, Hong Kong Legislative Council member Wu Jiezhuang stated that Hong Kong is expected to issue its first stablecoin issuer license in March this year. He suggested that after the license is issued, qualified citizens could receive a “stablecoin airdrop/coupon” for local small and medium-sized enterprises’ consumption (such as dining and entertainment) to promote adoption and stimulate the economy. The related administrative costs could be borne by the licensed companies.
