To strengthen the standardized management of public data resource authorization and operation, and to accept social supervision, the General Department of the National Data Administration issued a notice on the 10th regarding the disclosure of information related to public data resource authorization and operation. The notice requires local data management departments above the county level and data management agencies of national industry authorities to guide and supervise the implementation agencies and operation agencies in disclosing information. Implementation agencies should disclose information about the agency itself, public data resource authorization information, and the upper limit of public data operation service fees. Operation agencies should disclose information about the operation agency itself, authorized public data resources, lists of public data resource products and services, and specific charging standards for public data resource products and services. It is understood that information disclosure is conducted annually. After carrying out public data resource authorization and operation work, implementation agencies and operation agencies should disclose the previous year’s authorization and operation status by the end of March each year.
