China Electric Port Announcement: The reduction plans for China Electric Kunrun Fund and China Electric Development Fund, shareholders holding more than 5%, have expired. The original plan was to reduce no more than 7.599 million shares within three months, accounting for 1% of the total share capital. In reality, from November 10, 2025, to February 9, 2026, a total of 6.835 million shares were reduced through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.8995%, with transaction prices ranging from 23 to 27.68 yuan per share, and an average price of 25.79 yuan per share. After the reduction, China Electric Kunrun Fund holds 43.9705 million shares, accounting for 5.7864%; China Electric Development Fund holds 15.5278 million shares, accounting for 2.0434%; together, they hold a total of 59.4984 million shares, accounting for 7.8298%.
