WenTai Technology: Extremely disappointed and strongly dissatisfied with the latest ruling by the Dutch Business Court regarding Anshi Semiconductor case
Wintec Technology issues a statement regarding the latest ruling by the Dutch Enterprise Court on the Amphenol Semiconductor case. Wintec Technology notes that today the Amsterdam Enterprise Court in the Netherlands issued a new ruling on the Amphenol Semiconductor case. The court did not revoke the previous erroneous decision, fail to lift the interim measures imposed on Amphenol Semiconductor, nor restore Wintec Technology’s lawful control as a shareholder of Amphenol Semiconductor. The court also ordered an investigation into Amphenol Semiconductor. We are extremely disappointed and strongly dissatisfied with this ruling.
