The New Mexico State Legislature Launches an Investigation into the Epstein Case

Public opinion generally expresses dissatisfaction with the progress of the federal investigation in the United States regarding the Epstein case. Currently, New Mexico has launched a separate investigation into the case. On the 17th, the New Mexico State Legislature initiated an investigation into Epstein. Epstein purchased a ranch from then-Governor Bruce King of New Mexico in 1993, and some victims have pointed out that it, like Epstein’s private island, was a place of sexual crimes and corruption. Additionally, according to documents released by the U.S. Department of Justice related to the Epstein case, Epstein had interactions with two former governors of New Mexico and a attorney general.
