CNB Bank Joins the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia as a State Member Bank

CNB Bank, a subsidiary of CNB Financial Corporation, announced it has become a state member bank regulated by the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, effective February 12, 2026. This move is considered an important milestone in the bank’s strategic growth, providing a more efficient supervisory process while maintaining regulatory strength. CNB Bank will continue to be regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities.
