Guanfaren.com News: On February 20, Road King Infrastructure Limited announced that the winding-up petition filed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, New Choice Global Limited, has been granted a court order in the Virgin Islands to extend the deadline to March 16, 2026. A hearing will be held in the Virgin Islands court simultaneously for the appointment of a provisional liquidator for New Choice.

The company stated that it will continue to inform shareholders and investors of any significant progress regarding the winding-up application and comprehensive solutions, and will make further disclosures at the appropriate time in accordance with listing rules.
