This decision was made because the services offered on the company’s website may violate multiple regulations.

Issues with Tokenized Assets and Stablecoin Trading

It has been confirmed that the platform provided by the registered company is conducting trading services involving tokenized real assets and stablecoins without proper authorization. These services appear to be legitimate “securities” transactions on the surface but are operating without sufficient oversight. The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission targeted this platform because it facilitates high-risk product trading without obtaining the appropriate licenses.

Investor Protection and Unauthorized Operations Warning

The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission is warning investors using this unauthorized platform about significant risks.
