Abstract generation in progress

The infamous Annabelle doll, protagonist of a famous Hollywood film saga, continues to be at the center of fascinating and unsettling stories. For years, this doll remained housed in the occult museum owned by renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, whose archives and research inspired numerous thriller films.

Over time, the management of the doll and the paranormal collection changed hands. Dan Rivera, an avid investigator in the paranormal field, became the owner of the facility and the famous doll, continuing the Warrens’ work in keeping public interest alive in these supernatural mysteries. Managing the cursed doll was not only a business responsibility for Rivera but also a personal mission tied to the pursuit of the paranormal.

However, in July 2025, the paranormal community was shaken by the disappearance of Dan Rivera, who died under still unclear circumstances on July 17. Reports indicated that the legendary Annabelle doll was still in his custody at the time of his death. This event marked a turning point in the history of the famous relic.

Recently, American comedian Matt Rife acquired both the ownership and the occult museum previously managed by Rivera and the Warrens. Rife thus becomes the new custodian of one of the most well-known artifacts in pop culture related to the paranormal, inheriting a complex and fascinating history that continues to capture the imagination of the global audience.
