The impulse to chase when the market starts, the restlessness after entering, rushing to take profits during a rise, panicking to turn the tide during a fall—this is not a lack of skills, but the "mental hurdle" every trader must face. I have been deeply involved in this: knowing that rationality is necessary, yet always being carried away by emotions, cycling through chasing gains and cutting losses, mistakenly thinking I am trading, when in fact I am confronting my own anxiety.

It was only later that I realized: most losses in the market are not caused by the trend itself, but stem from inner loss of control. Those who can stand the test of time all share a common trait—clarity.

I have set three principles for myself, hoping to help you break through:
1. Planning first, unwavering execution. Decide your exit points before entering, no matter how volatile the market, never change your strategy midway; discipline is the bottom line.
2. Pay less attention to the market charts, more to your inner state. Price fluctuations are not the risk; being manipulated by them emotionally is. The longer you stare at the screen, the easier your rationality dissipates.
3. Cultivate the mind first, techniques second. The market is a mirror, reflecting your attitude towards uncertainty. It does not reward haste, but favors those who are calm and centered.

True trading is not about catching every wave, but about acting calmly when it’s time to strike, and being peaceful when it’s time to settle. Rather than predicting the market, mastering oneself is a more difficult and valuable practice. Restrain your hands, follow the rules, steady your mind—only then can you stay steady in the market and go far.

I am Nanyu, focused on short- and medium-term contracts and mid- to long-term spot layouts, sharing practical ideas and strategies daily, walking steadily on the path of self-cultivation with you. #GateTradFi使用体验
