My BTC position is getting way too heavy right now. Sitting uncomfortably long without a clear exit strategy is starting to mess with my headspace. The more I hold at these levels, the more nervous I get. Might need to trim some size and rebalance before this market makes the decision for me.

Listen, having a heavy position and feeling mentally exhausted is something you really need to pay attention to, or you'll collapse at any moment.

Instead of waiting for the market to clean you out, it's better to take the initiative and cut some positions to make life easier.

I totally understand this mindset... Holding a long position without an exit plan is the most tormenting.

Hurry up and reduce your holdings; psychological accounts are also a thing. Don't hold on until the day of liquidation.

Hoarding coins until you can't sleep, huh? I advise you not to tough it out.

See through it, in the late stage of coin-holding anxiety, it's time to cut.

Buying the dip until my scalp goes numb, I need to reduce my position.

Is your accumulation mentality collapsing? It indicates a lack of understanding of the essence of node validation—long-term holding itself is a process of verifying the network's reliability. Emotional fluctuations are actually signals of inefficiency.
