Imagine Avalanche's architecture as a city planning system.

C-Chain is the city center—the core commercial district, but there are many dedicated neighborhoods and communities around it, interconnected. These neighborhoods are like Avalanche L1s, each operating independently, tailored for specific scenarios, with differentiated performance parameters and security models.

You can focus deeply on a particular chain to develop dedicated applications; or you can access across chains to experience the liquidity and interoperability of the entire ecosystem. Each L1 is flexibly configured to meet different business needs—that's the brilliance of Avalanche's multi-chain architecture. The center is orderly, and the edges are free.

This city planning analogy is indeed excellent, but to be honest, C-Chain is still a bit congested. --- Multi-chain architecture sounds great, but the real question is how many projects are actually using it. --- "Centralized order, decentralized freedom" sounds good, but can liquidity keep up? --- Both cross-chain and interoperability, but in the end, it’s still trapped in the gas fee curse. --- With so many customization options for L1, will developers really use them? --- It just feels like rephrasing the sidechain concept of ETH; it’s nothing new.

Bro, this analogy is spot on. The metaphor of urban planning really hits the mark. But I feel like most people still only hang out in the downtown area and haven't realized the potential of those neighborhoods.

Sounds good, but can this "multi-chain freedom" really work in practice? I see that many projects are still experiencing congestion on the C-Chain.

This city planning analogy is really brilliant; finally someone has explained Avalanche clearly.

Haha, the city planning analogy sounds good, but can this system really get up and running?
