XRP hit 2.4175 today and then lost momentum, with the price starting to decline. Looking at the 1-hour candlestick chart, several consecutive bearish candles indicate that buying momentum is weakening.
The MACD signal is a bit concerning—forming a death cross near the zero line, and the green histogram has turned negative, which is a typical bearish signal. The RSI has fallen from a high level and is now at 48.2, between neutral and weak, with no strong support.
This short-term rebound seems to have ended. The next move is likely downward, to see if it can find previous support levels. Based on the current technical analysis, shorting is indeed a viable strategy.

The death cross came too suddenly, and this launch window was directly closed. The fuel is obviously insufficient.

2.4 is going to dump again, this rebound really isn't impressive.

The death cross has occurred, and this rebound has indeed peaked. I am also bearish. Let's see if it can return to 2.0 below.

Once the death cross appears, this rebound is indeed almost over. That's how I see it too.
However, whether the 2.4 level can hold is the key. If it breaks, just look at the previous support levels. When shorting, make sure to clearly identify the stop-loss point.
The MACD has already turned negative, so there are really no buying signals in the short term. Let's wait and see.

It's the same old trick, after the rebound, it runs out of energy.

The death cross appears, and you know it's time to run. This rebound has truly reached its limit.

Once again, it surged and then fell back. I'm already tired of this routine.
