If you're new to the crypto world and holding $1000 USD with the goal of steady growth, this method might help you avoid a few pitfalls.

I've been in this market for many years. Looking back at the detours I've taken, the deepest lesson is this: to survive and earn steadily in the crypto space, risk control must be your first lesson. Don't think about getting rich overnight; learn to survive first.

**Phase One: Basic Training**

Divide your capital into two parts, each $500 USD. Use the first $500 USD to start practicing. Choose mainstream coins like ETH, and avoid those small coins with outrageous volatility. Why not spot trading? Because using leverage with small positions is meant to—repeatedly train your position control and discipline at minimal cost.

Strict rules:
- If losses reduce your capital to $400 USD (a 20% loss), cut immediately—don't hesitate
- If profits reach $1000 USD (doubling), close the position—don't be greedy

What you're earning is execution discipline, not huge profits.

**Phase Two: Snowball to $8000 USD**

Win three consecutive trades, following this pace:
$1000 USD → $2000 USD → $4000 USD → $8000 USD

Only risk 50% of your current capital each time. The goal isn't to make as much as possible, but to stay alive.

**Phase Three: Position Segmentation + Anti-Explosion Mode**

At $8000 USD, the gameplay changes: risk only $1000 USD per trade. Even if you hit 7 consecutive losses, there's still a chance to recover. Use full isolated margin mode—if one trade blows up, only that trade is affected, protecting your main capital.

Remember these iron rules:
1. Cut losses immediately when stop-loss is hit—don't wait for a rebound—most people are sent to hell by false hope from rebounds
2. Even if you’re confident, only risk half your funds—always leave a way out
3. Take profits and run, double your capital and then exit—don't think "it can go higher"
4. Strictly use isolated margin, no cross-margin, no holding open trades—each trade is an independent risk control

**What is the essence of this strategy?**

To cultivate three habits at the lowest cost: the instinct to cut losses, the awareness of position segmentation, and control over greed and impulsiveness.

If you don't develop these habits now, you'll learn them later with thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars in tuition. The crypto space isn't short of opportunities to double your money; what's missing are those who can survive until the opportunity comes.

Damn, this is the real battlefield textbook, not those crappy articles that boast about daily tenfold increases.

Alright, this approach is a steady and reliable replenishment plan. I’m convinced. Stop-loss as the launch criterion—that’s the truth. Honestly, most new traders get wiped out by the phrase "false hope of a rebound," directly sent to hell and burned. The isolated margin mode is indeed crucial. If one trade blows up, it doesn’t affect the whole family—that’s the art of staying alive. It sounds simple, but among ten people who execute it properly, only two might survive—that dopamine is too toxic. The core of this system is discipline > opportunity. Remember that, everyone. Without the thrill of doubling your money quickly, you can’t hold on; your mindset isn’t in the right place. Starting with 1000U and following this rhythm, you’ll see results in half a year if you’re serious. If not, just pretend you never read this.

That's so true. The hardest part is the stop-loss, I was fooled by false hope of a rebound.
