#加密货币监管 I recently came across a term called the "CLARITY Act," and I heard it will be discussed in the Senate in January. It seems very important for us newcomers in the crypto space, right? 🤔

I heard that this bill mainly aims to provide clear definitions for securities and commodities in cryptocurrency, and also to clarify the responsibilities of regulatory agencies like the SEC and CFTC. To be honest, at first I was a bit confused about these regulatory terms, but after thinking about it, it seems really necessary for someone to clarify the rules.

Many newcomers (including myself) are very confused about what coins to buy and how to do it compliantly, fearing that they might accidentally make a mistake. If the bill can clearly define these issues, it should help improve transparency in the entire market. Also, with both parties pushing this forward together, it doesn’t seem like a political stunt by one side, which makes me a little more reassured.

I don’t know if this will affect exchange operations or coin prices, but at least seeing someone seriously promoting industry standardization is better than chaos. Can experienced folks explain what practical impact this bill passing might have on us ordinary investors?
