We just completed the CTO update payment and are now awaiting final approval. Building an active and engaged community with strong moderation is proving essential for our DEX launch. Our current strategy is to first establish a solid community foundation, then implement a fee structure that we can strategically reinvest into marketing initiatives. The market conditions look favorable right now—timing feels right to push forward with these core initiatives. Community strength and sustainable revenue reinvestment will be key drivers for our growth.

Community first, how many times have I heard this routine? Can it really be implemented? --- Fee redistribution to marketing, I buy into this logic. Let's see the execution. --- Wow, it's another wait for approval. When will it truly go live? --- Let's focus on building the community foundation first. No matter how good the hype now, it's all for nothing without that. --- Is the market really favorable, or is every project claiming the same? --- The strength of the module mainly depends on later investments. Don't just talk about strategies.

Alright, another "perfect timing" story, I've heard it too many times... But community building really needs to be taken seriously. No retail investors, no liquidity, right?

A solid community foundation is indeed important, but when it comes to the fee structure... I bet this is just another prelude to the next round of cutting the leeks.

Is community building really that important? I always feel that it still depends on the product to speak for itself. --- Wait, build the community first and then charge? Isn't this order reversed... --- Another wait, wait, when will we really see some action --- Relying on reinvesting marketing expenses to grow, how long can this cycle last? --- Good market conditions are truly good, but don't treat the community as an ATM, brother. --- Can building a moderator team rely solely on enthusiasm, or do we need real money? --- Always talking about community first, but it feels like it's all just a prelude to going live.

Community infrastructure确实遇到瓶颈,不过感觉还是得先把人气做起来再谈盈利啊 --- Waiting for final approval? By then, the market trend might have changed again... --- How to set the fee model to attract users without scamming them, now that's the real challenge --- Alright, it's the old routine of building the community first and then harvesting, but to be fair, the market currently does present an opportunity window --- After the CTO update is done, then pump the price? First, see if the community has genuine engagement --- There are many projects that focus more on marketing than on product, but is community strength really that easy to measure

Community operations are indeed a threshold, but the key is whether you can truly retain talent. --- Have you finished with the CTO side and are still waiting for approval? The approval process is so slow... --- How should the fee structure be set up? Don’t get criticized for cutting into the profits later. --- A good market is great, but talking only about community operations is too superficial. It depends on actual retention results. --- Relying on heavy marketing to acquire users? Let’s stabilize the existing users first. --- Both community and operations sound good, but I don’t know how the money is actually being spent. --- The approval process always seems to take the longest; everything else is manageable. --- Is this the marketing strategy? Without some creative breakthroughs, it feels hard to stand out.

Community first, this set is really standard. It all depends on whether they can really invest money into marketing in the end.

A solid community foundation is essential; only then can marketing efforts be confidently sustained.

Community operation first, cost structure later. I've seen this trick too many times. Has the CTO payment been completed? Really? Don't cause any more trouble during the approval process. Reinvesting in marketing costs sounds good, but the key is how the money is spent. Getting anxious when the market is good? Is this genuinely about building or just another attempt to harvest profits? Is moderation strong? Are the administrators all friends? Haha. I believe in you, but I care even more about how much is left in your wallet.

The community building approach of NGL sounds similar to others; only the ones that truly survive are the real winners.
