#数字资产动态追踪 Only trade these three types of market conditions; do not touch others, no matter how tempting they seem!

After climbing to an 8-figure net worth in the crypto space, my deepest realization is one—dare to abandon opportunities you don’t understand.

After so many years of trading, no matter how many technical indicators I learn, nothing is more valuable than one word: **Focus**.

Trading is not about analyzing the breadth of opportunities, but about disciplined execution. I stick to three types of market conditions; when other opportunities come up, I pretend not to see them.

**Type 1: Catching the pullback after an uptrend**

The price has already moved up for a while, then it pulls back. But the key is—must not break the previous core support. When volume is sluggish, the price hovers near the previous high or support level, then re-accelerates strongly.

Entering at this point is about following the trend + confirmation. What am I most afraid of? Getting itchy before seeing confirmation signals and chasing the rally. One chase, one loss.

**Type 2: Fake dip trap at the bottom of consolidation**

A consolidation phase suddenly sees a surge in volume breaking support—scary, right? But then it quickly pulls back. This is called a false breakout.

I only follow up when the pullback is confirmed + the price breaks above again, combined with volume-price divergence or order book anomalies for validation. Missing out? No big deal. The worst is thinking you’ve bottomed out, but actually, you’re holding a knife.

**Type 3: Shakeout in an ascending channel followed by a strong attack**

The market has already started rising, now it begins to consolidate or have a small correction. During this period, the bulls repeatedly lure in shorts, but the key support level remains unbroken. Then they start pushing again.

I add to my position when key support stabilizes + a small-cycle breakout occurs. Even if I lose, I accept it because I chose the right position, and I can really get out in time.

---

I don’t chase tops, guess bottoms blindly, or follow the herd to chase flying knives. I only do the few patterns I’ve tested countless times within my system.

Besides these three types, I hold no position in other market conditions, or I simply don’t look at the charts.

Heard that this might cause me to miss many opportunities? Indeed. But what I pursue is not “doing more.” I just want to **live longer**.

The essence of trading has never been about who can catch more opportunities, but about who loses less, makes fewer mistakes, and can go further. That’s all.

Really, I often miss these three types too, and sometimes I still get itchy hands.

That's a good point, but with 8 digits, you still need to be able to make a profit.

To be honest, I've heard this theory too many times, and the part about discipline is indeed difficult. I myself am also itching to trade every day, and I tend to jump into unfamiliar markets the easiest.

There's nothing wrong with that; strictly adhering to discipline is truly better than anything else. --- What I realized after reaching eight figures is truly different, it hits right in the heart. --- The key is to hold back; missing an opportunity is a hundred times better than taking a knife. --- That's why most people lose money; greed can be deadly. --- Focusing on this word is really valuable; it's more effective than learning ten indicators.

That's so true, living longer makes you the winner. I used to want to copy everything too, but the result was that I got stabbed in everything.

That's right, you just need to have patience. I used to want to copy everything too, and as a result, I lost everything completely.

Living longer is indeed much more important than doing more, this hits hard.

That's right, living longer is the key, and I share this philosophy.
