Simplicity beats complexity every single time. When it comes to token launches, the mechanics really matter.

Let's be real about FCFS drops—they sound fair in theory. But whitelist systems? They just shift advantages around without solving the core problem.

Here's the thing: nobody wants extractors in the ecosystem. Whale dumpers, instant sellers, bidding manipulators—these behaviors wreck community trust and tank projects. The systems we build should naturally discourage this stuff, not enable it.

The best launches aren't about gatekeeping or speed—they're about alignment. Projects that build solid foundations attract solid holders, not traders hunting quick exits.

Basically, it's a question of whether the mechanism design is correct or not. The whitelist approach isn't really that great either.

It's the same old story again; whitelists can't change human nature, still the same old trick. The key is to let the mechanism block the way for early cashing out itself.

Basically, the whole whitelist approach is just a different way to scam investors; the real problem hasn't been solved at all.

Exactly right, the whitelist approach is really just a different way to scam investors; it doesn't fundamentally solve any problems.

That's right, but the whitelist system is still being used everywhere now, which is truly incredible. The problem isn't with the mechanism itself; it's that the executors never really intended to solve the issue genuinely.

Nah, simple and straightforward is the winner; complicated mechanisms are just openings for those to exploit and milk.

Oh, that's not right. To put it simply, it's still a matter of mechanism design, nothing new.

Exactly right, that's the point. The whitelist approach, in my opinion, is just a rehash of the same old method; it's better to implement an alignment mechanism for a more straightforward solution.

In plain terms, most projects are now playing system games; only those that can retain long-term holders are the true winners.
