#美联储降息 8 Years from a few thousand USD to 6 million accounts | Trading discipline is the real money-making machine

Having struggled in the trading market for 8 years, my biggest takeaway isn't finding some magical formula, but rather having experienced all the pitfalls. That time I lost thousands of dollars from an initial 50,000 USD, I realized completely: trading without discipline, no matter how much you earn, is just working for the market.

When I first started, like most people, I couldn't resist making trades with even the slightest market movement, trying to take small profits and then running away, or going all-in until liquidation. Every rule I now follow was learned through real money lessons.

The three core trading principles are very simple, but sticking to them can filter out 90% of losses:

**Choose coins based on trend, not story** — During a bull market, watch the monthly MACD; a golden cross is the signal to enter. No golden cross, better to stay in cash. Projects that are just lying dormant for the long term are skipped because the time cost is too high.

**Enter and exit based on moving averages, not feelings** — The 60-70 day moving average is the key reference point. Only add positions when the price falls to this line with increased volume; if it breaks down effectively, close the position immediately. This rule has saved me dozens of times.

**Take profits in stages** — When gains reach 30%, take out half of the position; if it then rises another 50%, reduce further. Never try to catch the absolute top. Greed is the number one killer of trading accounts.

In short, the more complicated the trading rules, the easier it is to make mistakes; the simpler, the easier to stick to. Successful traders are not necessarily smarter, but disciplined enough.

Discipline sounds simple, but actually resisting temptation is the real skill. I have to admit, this guy's right.

Discipline is easy to talk about, but few can truly stick to it. I also learned this lesson after paying quite a few tuition fees.

To be honest, discipline has really been a sticking point for me for a long time, but I finally understand it now.

Discipline sounds simple in theory, but how many actually stick to it? I've seen too many people get carried away after making a little profit, only to be brought back down to earth by a single correction.

Discipline is easy to talk about but hard to practice. I still often get tempted by market trends...
