Charts, charts, charts—everyone keeps telling you to study the patterns, read the signals, don't miss the move. Then the same crowd turns around and says touch grass, take a break, stop obsessing over every candle. So which is it? Stare at the screen like your life depends on it, or actually live? Welcome to trader's dilemma, where FOMO and burnout are both waiting for you.

Really, one moment I’m shown charts and the next I’m told to go for a walk. These people are truly playing with heartbeat adrenaline. --- Chart addiction really is a disease, I admit I am a patient. --- Staring at the screen until my eyes hurt, then being told "Why are you still looking?" Is this trying to embarrass me? --- FOMO and burnout, I choose neither and just lie flat. --- Basically, no one really knows what to do, everyone is just gambling. --- The most hilarious are those who advise you to rest, while they themselves are frantically scrolling through K-line charts. --- The trader’s fate, a life governed by the blame-shifting law. --- Looking at charts and stepping on grass, that option is just absurd.

I've been through it all. I've heard this explanation about charts since 2018, and in the end, I still got caught once.

This is the curse of the crypto world; fighting against each other will never lead to victory.

I've seen through it. It's this contradictory vicious cycle—sometimes they say look at the chart, sometimes they say don't look, I really can't take it.

Haha, it's really just a tug-of-war. These people talk as if they are divided. Watching charts drives you crazy, not watching charts makes you afraid of missing out—that's true torment. Basically, it's gambler's mentality, nothing you can do about it. I choose to look occasionally; mainly, I spend time tinkering with mining rigs.

ngl this hits different... it's like asking if you should obsessively verify every single ingredient on-chain or just trust the farm-to-fork process, y'know? the real recipe for success is probably somewhere in between, but nobody wants to hear that lol

Well said, this is the true essence of life in the crypto world—swinging between two extremes. Watching the charts every day is as painful as quitting an addiction; not watching, and you're afraid of missing the moment of takeoff. My advice? Systematic trading + regular breaks, don't let charts hijack your life.

ngl this is the schizophrenia of the crypto world, one second urging you to go all-in with charts, the next second saying you'll get depression

This is the true picture of crypto trading; frankly, it's just a scam.
