too many goals = guaranteed procrastination
how to choose:
ask yourself this questions;
what will matter 12 months from now?
what affects my money, health, or skills?
example:
-Improve income
-Improve health
-Improve one core skill

if it’s not one of the 3, it’s a distraction even if it’s “good”

why? because the brain avoids big, unclear tasks
