Recently, an important warning to share — the number of illegal counterfeit websites and APP platforms that have been coordinated and eliminated this year has reached 1,418, a 1.7-fold increase compared to last year. How exactly do these scam websites deceive people?

The common trick is to promote "investment and wealth management" or "recharge and consumption," gradually tricking your money in. They are especially sneaky, with servers often hidden overseas, and domain names frequently jumping around to avoid detection.

The most heartbreaking part is that these scammers also love to impersonate legitimate financial institutions — for example, falsely claiming to be a major securities company or a large bank to lure you into downloading fake APPs. Just 61 counterfeit financial institution websites have been caught, all using the names of reputable institutions you can recognize.

So everyone, be sure to verify official channels when downloading APPs, and don't be fooled by any sweet talk about investment and wealth management. When encountering suspicious websites and APPs, the first reaction should be to verify on the official website or official App Store. Protecting your money is really important.

1418? Damn, that's a pretty scary number. I feel like I always encounter people getting scammed around me. I was wondering why there are so many counterfeit apps lately, even daring to use bank names. Truly speechless. You still need to download apps through official channels; this can't be overlooked. Scam gangs are really cunning, hiding across borders like a game of hide and seek. Regulation is really tough. A 1.7x increase in a year? Crazy. These scammers really dare to make money.

1418 fake platforms? Oh my, this number is growing a bit terrifying... Brothers really need to be more cautious. Now scammers are really daring to impersonate all major banks and brokerages. I almost got scammed last time. You must verify on the official website before downloading the APP. This is a painful lesson. These offshore servers are becoming increasingly difficult to track, with domain redirects like a game of hide and seek. I'm now very cautious with investment and financial apps, feeling that there are too many traps. 61 counterfeit financial institution websites have been seized, indicating that the problem is indeed very serious... Frequent domain redirects are too sneaky, it's like playing hide and seek.

Oh my god, 1418 of them, this data is truly frightening. Damn it, it's the same trick again. Last time my friend almost got scammed. Be sure to check carefully when downloading software, don't just trust the name. 61 fake institutional websites? That's crazy. These people really go to any length. Every day, you have to stay on edge. Who knows if the next victim will be yourself.
