Recently, I’ve been feeling very deeply about trading — the entire market has really heated up. If you dare to use high leverage, expect to get liquidated; but at low leverage levels, there’s hardly any room for volatility, so you can’t really make money.

New coins are launching at lightning speed, pushing the difficulty to the max. During pump phases, it’s all tricks to lure in traders; rapid surges and crashes are so unpredictable that you can’t see clearly, and there’s not even a chance to get in. The key is that these new coins lack fundamental support; for example, some with extremely poor liquidity, after listing, see trading volumes plummet, only to keep falling, with occasional dead cat bounces before continuing to drop.

Now, most traders willing to go long on altcoins have already exited. Whether going long or short, the difficulty is right there. If you short, they use high-interest funding rates to trap you; within one or two hours, they can wipe out all your gains. It’s not like before, when rapid rises and falls happened quickly, with a very intense rhythm.

What’s even more heartbreaking is that for those coins known to be prone to dumping, you can see the risks, but their funding rates are managed so precisely that you can’t predict how long they can sustain it. Shorts are being squeezed, longs are trapped, and both sides are in pits. This is the real picture of trading in the current crypto world.

Damn, this is the current state of the crypto world, caught in the middle from both sides. I'm also speechless.

There's really no way out in this market. High leverage leads to liquidation, low leverage yields no profit, and being caught in the middle means getting exploited. All new coins are just games for the whales; I can't even understand the rhythm. When funding rates spike, it's an immediate bloodbath. I sold my long positions early, and I'm also considering just lying low.

Really, trading now is like being beaten to the ground by the market makers, high leverage kills you, low leverage also kills you. The fee structure is really insane; when the bears are pressured, you directly pay interest until you explode. I don't even look at new coins anymore, it's all just tricks. The market is so chaotic that there's no way to play; just exit, brother. The dumping rhythm is completely controlled, there's no time to react.

Really, trading now feels like being caught in a meat grinder, and that funding rate thing is just a knife for cutting leeks. Both ends are traps; rather than losing money here, it's better to study on-chain data. Honestly, I don't even dare to look at new coins anymore, each one more deeply trap than the last. High leverage is a sure way to get liquidated, low leverage means no profit, this market is really intense. Shorts are being drained, longs are trapped and killed, it feels like institutions are deliberately setting traps.

Well... this is the current situation. The funding rate strategy is really unbeatable; there's no way to defend against it.

Damn, it's torture. High leverage is a dead end, low leverage can't make profits. This market really messes with people's mentality. All new coins are scams; going up is just a trap. Who still dares to chase this stuff? Shorting is also bleeding from funding rates. A night's gains are gone. Truly unbelievable.
