Middle age is the most testing time for two things: body management and regular routines. Recently, I had a reunion with college alumni, and the impact of not seeing each other for several years was quite significant—some are already noticeably bald, and one buddy's weight has skyrocketed from 150 to 350 jin. The once meticulous young man who used to wake up early to wash and blow-dry his hair is now jokingly called "Old Deng" by everyone.

Fortunately, I’ve managed to achieve relative time freedom in the Web3 industry. Over the past few years, I’ve stuck to a five-minute workout plan, and my physical condition has been maintained quite well. Being able to keep a steady life rhythm in such a fast-paced industry has brought me considerable benefits. Although I’m still a bit away from being fully robust, at least I haven’t fallen into the "Old Deng" category, which makes me somewhat of a minority among my peers.

Haha, Web3 people are indeed more competitive than those in the traditional internet circle. If you can't keep up with body management, you've already been cashed out. 150 to 350 pounds, that's quite a range. It's really a matter of self-discipline. Everyone knows what to do, it just depends on whether you execute or not. The Web3 circle definitely requires a bit of self-discipline, otherwise your energy can't keep up with the pace. That five-minute training sounds good. What kind of setup is it? Middle-aged people, really, have split into two different species. Your circle's atmosphere is at least better than traditional big companies. Not as cutthroat.

yo, maintaining that physique in crypto is like simmering a complex yield farming recipe—one wrong move and your portfolio tanks harder than your gym consistency lol. respect the discipline though, most degens out here can't even marinate their sleep schedule properly 💀

Really, after years of struggling in the crypto world, maintaining a good figure despite a chaotic schedule is indeed a rare species.

150 jin to 350 jin, I'm directly shocked. How intense does that have to be... Speaking of Web3, if it really can give this much time freedom, I would also stick to fitness. I respect that.

150 to 350 pounds? That's almost a split in physique, no wonder they call him Old Deng.
