#加密资产安全威胁 Recently, I have seen several security incidents in a row, which is quite heavy on my heart. ZEROBASE front-end was hacked, Aevo Ribbon vault vulnerability… each time resulting in losses of millions of dollars, all at the expense of real users' hard-earned money.

These events make me want to say: the beautiful vision of decentralization must be built on the premise of **security first**. We advocate the concept of self-management and self-custody of assets, but this also means that everyone must be responsible for their private keys and authorizations. Seeing users lose all their savings due to a single incorrect contract authorization is truly heartbreaking.

It also reminds us that the future of Web3 cannot be built on temporary enthusiasm alone, but requires:

1. **Regularly review authorization lists** — go to your wallet’s authorization page and revoke all unnecessary contract permissions; this is the most basic form of self-defense.

2. **Choose audited projects** — even if a new project has potential, wait for the smart contract audit report before investing; don’t be among the first to take the risk.

3. **Multi-signature wallets + cold wallet separation** — large assets must be stored in hardware wallets, while small transactions can use hot wallets to reduce risk exposure.

Decentralization does not mean risk-free; it simply shifts the proactive control of risks back into our hands. Learning to protect ourselves is the only way to truly sail far in the ocean of Web3. Security is the first step toward that brilliant future.
