#加密货币监管立场 Seeing this news is quite interesting. Circle and Ripple obtaining conditional trust bank licenses indicates that US regulators are genuinely pushing forward with crypto asset compliance, not just paying lip service.

The key point to clarify is: a conditional approval does not mean immediate release. These institutions still need to meet a series of detailed requirements related to capital, risk control, and business processes before they can operate truly. But from a follow-trade perspective, this policy trend is beneficial for the long-term prospects of certain stablecoins and asset custody projects—meaning some holdings may no longer need to worry so much about regulatory crackdowns.

That said, such positive news can easily trigger emotional volatility. It’s quite interesting to observe how a few excellent traders I follow are responding. Some are increasing their positions, some are reducing their holdings at high levels, and others are staying put. At this point, follow-trade decisions need to be clear—are you riding the wave of emotion or following the logic? Regulatory warming is indeed a good thing, but it doesn’t mean a market rally will happen in the short term. Rhythm is the key to making money.

I plan to observe the market response for about a week before deciding whether to adjust my follow-trade position allocation. Conservative traders tend to be more cautious during such positive news, and that’s worth learning from.
