Many Web3 projects fail because they don't understand their users. Money is burned, time is wasted, and only then do they realize that the features they built are not wanted by anyone.

Genome Protocol's Splice tool is designed to solve this problem. It clearly displays user behavior patterns, allowing development teams to quickly identify which features truly retain users and which are just superficial. With data in hand, avoid pitfalls with ease.

Exactly right, this is the beginning of the Web3 death spiral. Self-indulgent development really can't save it.

It's really just about burning money first and then reflecting. How many projects have fallen into this trap?

Oops, another story of "we have data," do you really think users can't see through it? --- Honestly, it's just about using Splice to extend the project's life. Good-looking data can represent retention? I don't believe you. --- Talking about user behavior every day, but the problem is you haven't even thought about user needs. Lazy to do surveys. --- Features that can't make money are indeed unused. Isn't that obvious? --- Damn, finally someone tells the truth. Most projects that fail in this industry are just self-indulgent. --- No matter how powerful Splice is, it can't save the fate of a Ponzi scheme. --- The data is right there, but the project team still runs away. Isn't that funny? --- Isn't this just a case of hindsight? Why didn't you do it earlier?

To be honest, I believe in this data analysis logic, but can Splice really solve the problem? It still seems to depend on whether the team itself has the motivation to use it.

tbh this hits different when you've already blown up a position on a "feature nobody asked for" lol... splice actually sounds like the copium we all needed earlier

Honestly, after looking at so many projects, the cause of death is always self-indulgence—building a bunch of useless stuff. They only regret after the money is gone. The Splice tool sounds pretty good, definitely better than messing around blindly based on gut feeling. Finally, someone is seriously looking at user data. But to be fair, many teams just aren't interested in looking—they're just too lazy. Really, many projects die because of the phrase "I think users will like it." If this tool is truly reliable, it can definitely save a lot of unnecessary expenses. But the key is whether the team will actually use it. Another data analysis tool—I'm not sure if it will become the next overlooked feature...
