Recently, I completed a relatively full trading cycle on a popular project, gaining insights both technically and psychologically. Sharing with everyone.

From the daily K-line perspective, from December 5th to December 16th, a clear golden pit pattern was formed, and there were obvious signs of a pre-market test. Subsequently, the market entered a strong rally lasting 9 days, but the bullish momentum has shown signs of exhaustion recently.

When a long upper shadow appeared on December 25th, I realized that a potential high point signal had emerged, so I opened a short position. That day, the market indeed performed strongly, dropping by 25%. Although I entered the short at the bottom, which made me a bit nervous, I still captured the main decline.

Interestingly, the next day, after the project team’s official website released contract sharing information, the market staged a V-shaped reversal, with the price violently bouncing back near the upper shadow. But the key is—it did not break through the past high. The nighttime decline boosted my confidence, and I decided to add to my position at the low, continuing to look for a short opportunity.

My current trading plan is as follows:
- Strategy: Hold the short position long-term
- Stop loss set at 0.5
- Partial profit-taking and stop loss at 0.46, selling half of the position here
- Take profit target around 0.3

The key to this market movement is confirming the high point, identifying false rebounds, and then patiently waiting.

I also saw that golden pit wave, but you really have a big nerve to open a short directly at the bottom... This kind of false rebound is indeed easy to trap people, but as long as it hasn't broken through the previous shadow line, the signal is still quite strong. Wait, you take profit at 0.3? That's a bit aggressive, can it reach that... The 25% wave was indeed powerful, but honestly, my mindset collapsed during the V reversal. Adding positions in this move was a good strategy, just worried that the project team might come up with some news again.

Damn, this V reversal really tests your mentality, but if it hasn't broken through, it hasn't broken through. Keep holding the short positions. The entry point is crucial, feels like the 0.46 level is a bit risky. Golden dips require patience; if you can endure it, it's money in the end. This kind of false rebound is the most annoying; official announcements from project teams are basically giving shorts a knife. A 25% drop and capturing the main move is already good; don't be too greedy.

I was also in during the golden pit wave, but not as quick as you. A 25% drop is indeed absolute. Damn, this V-shaped rebound almost caused me to buy the dip and get crushed. Your courage to add positions is really impressive. Confirming the high point is easy to say but hard to do. Being able to control your mindset is already half the battle won. Wait, do you really believe it can drop to 0.3? I think 0.38 might be the bottom. The official announcements of projects like this are usually just tricks, false rebounds to shake out traders. Have you finished adding positions, or are you still waiting for a better entry point?

Damn, I saw that golden pit wave too, but I didn't dare to jump in. Now looking at your order, I feel a bit regretful. That 25% drop directly stunned me, and the rebound still can't break through? It takes a lot of bulls and bears to do that. Adding to 0.3, can you really hold it? If the project team pulls some tricks halfway... But to be honest, the technical analysis really doesn't lie, it's just that I still need to work on my mindset.

Damn, this V rebound is really perfect. When the project team releases an announcement at this time, I know there's something fishy. --- The golden pit to short in one go, I really like traders who master this kind of pattern. --- Opening a short at the bottom and being able to hold it shows a solid mindset. Thumbs up. --- Would a 0.3 take profit be too greedy? The rebound is so strong, it might break new highs. --- I agree that it didn't break the upper shadow, but do you really have the patience to hold until 0.3? I definitely can't hold on. --- That wave of adding positions was a bit aggressive. Dare to add during such a small dip in the middle of the night? --- Every time I see the golden pit, I think of the time I got trapped. You're lucky this time. --- By the way, is the project team sharing contracts trying to manipulate the market? Feels like a deep routine. --- Long-term shorts sound impressive, but the market loves to surprise you. Be careful of a reversal.
