Recently, I’ve been looking at @AlignerZ_Labs more closely, especially their IWO framework, and it stood out to me in a big way.

What I like is how allocation and vesting are treated as real infrastructure, not an afterthought. These parts are designed carefully, not rushed or hidden.

From my point of view, this changes behavior. Instead of pushing people to sell as soon as they can, the system encourages longer holding periods and more thoughtful participation.

That creates healthier alignment between the project and its community. Growth feels earned, not forced by short term pressure.

For me, this approach shows maturity. When a protocol designs incentives this way, it signals that the team is thinking beyond launch day and focusing on sustainability.

It is a quiet detail, but often the quiet details are what make systems last.
