Can Cardano and Solana join forces? Founders respond to cross-chain proposal.
[Crypto World] An active developer in the Cardano ecosystem recently proposed an interesting idea—directly integrating SOL into the ADA ecosystem, bypassing the detours through other intermediary chains. Although this developer himself admits he is not a fan of Solana, he believes that interoperability should not be biased.
Interestingly, Solana co-founder Toly responded directly to the suggestion with “Let's do it,” showing a rather straightforward attitude. Subsequently, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson also joined the discussion, stating “It's about time.”
What can we see from this round of dialogue? Key figures from both ecosystems seem to have an open attitude towards cross-chain collaboration. Interoperability is indeed the general direction of the crypto ecosystem, and the liquidity flow between different public chains is beneficial for users and the entire market. As for the specifics of implementation, it will depend on the details of the technical solutions.
