The crypto market has been fluctuating like this recently, really exhausting. It was rising in the morning, then turned around and fell back in the afternoon. Just when it looked like there was some improvement, it was pushed back to its original state. This rollercoaster-like volatility is a nightmare for short-term traders. Stop-loss orders get hit, rebounds are missed, and it feels like no matter how you operate, you're the one being harvested. Looking at the candlestick chart, the price is oscillating within a range, rubbing back and forth, with no obvious signs of breakout in trading volume. Is it going to stay sideways like this forever? This kind of market really tests people's mental resilience.

Sideways is really torturous, rather than chasing this crazy market, I might as well sleep. --- I've been played for suckers again, it's really ridiculous, this wave of market is purely a trap. --- Candlestick just keeps rubbing, and my mentality is also being rubbed. --- Short-term is really not worth it, I'm just watching without moving now. --- Rise and fall are all illusions, only cut loss is real, haha. --- Trading Volume is stagnant, what are we waiting for? It's really annoying. --- If your mentality is bad, don't keep staring at the market, it's even more uncomfortable. --- This kind of market is the most torturous, it's more frustrating than a direct fall limit. --- Every day like this, back and forth, who can stand it? --- I bet next week will still be like this.

Damn, got played for suckers again, really ridiculous --- This market is absurd, I can't understand the direction at all --- What to do, everyone? I feel like the more I trade, the more I lose --- How long will this sideways market last? Can't we get something real going? --- Just set the stop loss, and it rebounds directly. I knew it would be like this --- After a whole day of friction, the trading volume is like dead, might as well just lie flat --- Short-term trading is really a dead end, it's better to hold long-term for peace of mind --- This market has exhausted people to the point of losing their temper, forget it, I won't look anymore

It's been sideways for so long that I'm numb. Instead of overthinking, I'd rather go to sleep.

What the hell is sideways trading? I'd rather go to sleep.

Stuck in a sideways market, I'd rather go to sleep than watch the charts all day.

Consolidation is frustrating. Instead of chasing highs and killing lows, it's better to stay flat and wait for opportunities.

In a sideways market like this, it's perfect for mining, collecting airdrops, and doing fork arbitrage. Short-term trading strategies can't handle it. All seasoned investors know that this is the right way to survive a bear market—much smarter than chasing every rise and fall every day. I’ve saved up enough for my three kids’ formula this way, haha.

I'm really mentally exhausted by this wave of market fluctuations. Yesterday I wanted to buy the dip but ended up taking a loss directly. Cutting losses until numb—that's my daily routine. Sideways trading will kill you; better wait for the main upward wave, or else my mental state will collapse. Maybe stopping operations is the best solution; lying flat is much more comfortable. Instead of chasing highs and lows, it's better to go to sleep—peace of mind. Watching candlestick charts every day doesn't reveal anything; it's absurd. If I had known earlier, I wouldn't have used leverage. Now it's too late to regret. In this kind of market, it's best to stay in cash and wait, don't invite trouble.

Been in consolidation for so long, it's really heartbreaking. I bought the dip this morning and got trapped, then missed the rebound in the afternoon. Now I'm just watching my account shrink, I'm numb.
