The RMB's appreciation momentum is quite strong. On December 15th, both onshore and offshore RMB against the US dollar were climbing, with the highest point reaching 7.05 during the trading session. This is the first time since October 9th that the exchange rate has broken above this level.

The problem is—U price responded by falling. It has already dropped to 6.92, and those holding U might not be feeling very good right now. A favorable exchange rate is comfortable for RMB users, but for traders holding USD assets and USDT, it feels like their accounts are shrinking.
