Recently, U cards are being talked about again. As I mentioned before, unless you have very special needs, there's no need to use a U card.
Going to Hong Kong, honestly, getting a credit card is beneficial because you can earn cashback on your usual spending. Why pay extra fees each time just to avoid losing on exchange rates? The only time I use a U card is to pay for my GPT subscription fee, as I really can't pay with my credit card for that.
