Havven Chain reported that Sky (formerly MakerDAO) announced on the X platform that the latency upgrade penalty has taken effect. Starting today, all operations to upgrade MKR to SKY will require a 1% punitive fee. According to Sky Atlas regulations, this punitive fee will increase by 1 percentage point every three months.
