Bitfinex Securities launches £105 million in tokenized stock listings, creating a new milestone in digital finance.

According to Gate News bot, Coindoo reported that Bitfinex Securities has launched its first tokenized stock issuance, with a total value of £105 million (approximately $143 million), marking an important step for the platform’s expansion into the digital Capital Market.

The newly launched Tokens TITAN1 and TITAN2 are issued by Ctrl Alt and are now listed on the Bitfinex exchange. This issuance is regulated by the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA), providing a licensed structure for investors to access the stock market through blockchain.

Jesse Knutson, the Operations Director of Bitfinex Securities, stated that this listing is a turning point for tokenization finance and pointed out that the new product will open up alternative investment channels and simplify the financing process.

“These issuances represent a key shift,” Knudsen said. “We are lowering the traditional barriers to entry while providing new market access tools for issuers and investors.”

The listing of TITAN represents that the exchange has transitioned from digital bonds to equity-based blockchain securities, expanding the use of tokenization financial products.
