According to the Gate.io News bot, Tim Beiko summarized the 209th Ethereum execution layer core developer meeting (ACDE), which focused on two main topics:
The Pectra upgrade plan will release the client on April 21 and add the delegation status of EIP-7702 to the JSON-RPC of the latest block.
The Fusaka upgrade has confirmed the inclusion of three EIP proposals: EIP-7823 sets a clear limit for the MODEXP opcode; EIP-7825 sets a gas limit for single transactions; EIP-7907 introduces a measurement mechanism for contract code size. In addition, either EIP-7762 or EIP-7918 will be included, which respectively involve adjusting the minimum base fee for blobs and linking the base fee of blobs to execution costs.
