BlockBeats message, April 5. A correspondent for Al Jazeera said that it is clearly evident from the remarks in Trump’s latest post that, as far as negotiations are concerned—or any efforts to bridge differences between Iran and the United States—there is currently no progress. Given the reports we’ve heard from Iran’s Revolutionary Guard in the past few hours—namely that any attacks on civilian infrastructure will be met with an equivalent retaliation—we are at a very critical moment. Trump has threatened to destroy Iran’s bridges and power plants, and Iran has also threatened to retaliate in the same way, striking civilian infrastructure in the Gulf region and Israel. (Jin Ten)
