According to 1M AI News monitoring, after Google’s AI programming tool Antigravity was recently updated, users report that all models frequently show “high traffic” capacity errors, and complex tasks cannot be completed. A large number of similar complaints have recently appeared in the Reddit r/google_antigravity community and the Google AI developer forum, and paid subscribers are also affected.
This is a continuation of the capacity issues that Antigravity has been facing since March. v1.20.5 (March 9) fixed a token metering bug, but the AI Credits billing system introduced in the same period caused abnormal point consumption, and some users’ quotas were locked for as long as 7 days.
After Google switched Antigravity from free to an AI credits paid model in mid-March, dissatisfaction in the developer community has continued to escalate. Temporary workarounds currently circulating in the community include turning off AI Credits in settings and rolling back to v1.19.6, among others.
