Gate News reports that on March 26, European stock markets generally opened lower. The Euro Stoxx 50 Index (Eurozone blue-chip index) opened down 0.9%, Germany’s DAX 30 Index (Germany’s benchmark stock index) fell 0.8%, the UK’s FTSE 100 Index (UK’s benchmark stock index) declined 0.7%, France’s CAC 40 Index (France’s benchmark stock index) dropped 0.6%, Spain’s IBEX 35 Index (Spain’s benchmark stock index) decreased 0.6%, and Italy’s FTSE MIB Index (Italy’s benchmark stock index) fell 0.7%.
