Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang Claims "AGI Already Achieved," Polymarket Prediction Probability Rises to 30%

Gate News, March 24 — Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated on the Lex Fridman podcast, “I believe we have achieved AGI.” Fridman defined AGI as an AI system capable of founding and running a tech company valued at over $1 billion, and asked when AGI might be realized. Huang responded, “I think it’s now.” He later mentioned the open-source AI agent platform OpenClaw and its widespread applications but also retracted some of his previous statements, saying the probability of building an Nvidia-powered system among 100,000 AI agents is zero. As a result, the probability on Polymarket that “OpenAI will announce achieving AGI before 2027” increased from 15% to 30%.
