Due to the delayed launch of the Analog (ANLOG) project, and a request from their team to conclude pre-market OTC trading early at 14:00 PM UTC on January 22, 2025, certain sellers participated in this pre-market OTC trading were unable to complete their settlements. As the ANLOG tokens have not been in circulation at the time. As a result, these sellers incurred certain financial losses.

Gate.io understands the concerns of affected users and always prioritizes user experience. In response to the situation, we promptly verified the issue and, in collaboration with the Analog (ANLOG) team, have devised a compensation and optimization plan. We and the Analog (ANLOG) project have agreed on a compensation strategy for the affected users. Eligible users who submit a ticket will receive **100% compensation**.

### Details of the Compensation Plan:
**Eligible Users: ** Certain sellers who participated in the pre-market OTC trading of the Analog (ANLOG) project.
**Compensation Amount:** it will be equal to the value of the failed sell orders collateral deposit and associated transaction fees.
**Application Process:** Users are required to submit a ticket via the <a href="https://www.gate.io/myaccount/tickets" target="_blank">link</a> to apply for compensation. 
**Deadline:** Please submit the ticket by **10:00 AM UTC on Feb 5, 2025**. Requests received after this deadline will not be processed.
