$0.071 for $CHIP , would you buy the dip?

Just launched a week ago, ATH of 0.1393, now halved to 0.071.
Coin has been listed, airdrops have been distributed, TVL reached 283 million,
and $225 million worth of GPU loans have been executed— but what about the price?
It dropped 6% in 24 hours, from 0.0791 to 0.071, and more surprisingly,
the deployer wallet just transferred 75 million tokens (worth $5.73 million) to an exchange.
First, look at the surface: good news piled up high, but the price has fallen to the dogs.

In the past 24 hours, CHIP dropped 6%, but trading volume soared to $469 million–$707 million—
which is 3 to 5 times its market cap.
On the technical side, it looks even worse: MACD remains negative, RSI dropped to 18.94,
deeply oversold. A normal coin would rebound at 30, but it went straight to 18,
indicating the sell-off has gone crazy, and the buying side hasn't caught up yet. $BTC $DOGE
