On April 3rd, Hu'an Fund Management Co., Ltd. announced that in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds," Hu'an Shenzhen 100 Exchange-Traded Open-End Index Securities Investment Fund (Fund abbreviation: Shenzhen 100 ETF Hu'an, main fund code: 159706) fund manager Liu Xuanzi has stepped down, and Zhou Honghao has been newly appointed as the fund manager.Zhou Honghao, a master's degree graduate, will assume office on April 7, 2026, with 5 years of securities industry experience and 5 years of securities investment management experience. Past work experience: Joined Hu'an Fund as a graduate in July 2020, served as a researcher in the Index and Quantitative Investment Department, and as an assistant fund manager.The reason for Liu Xuanzi's departure is internal adjustment. The departure date is April 7, 2026. There is no information about her transferring to other positions within the company.The above matters have been processed with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association in accordance with regulations.

On April 3, Huian Fund Management Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that, in accordance with the 《Measures for the Information Disclosure of Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds》, Liu Xuanzi, fund manager of the Huian SZSE 100 Exchange-Traded Open-Ended Index Securities Investment Fund (fund abbreviation: SZSE 100 ETF Huian, fund primary code: 159706), has left the position. Zhou Honghao has been newly appointed as the fund manager for the fund.

Zhou Honghao, a postgraduate student with a Master’s degree, started his term on April 7, 2026. He has 5 years of experience in securities practice and 5 years of experience in securities investment management practice. Previous work experience: In July 2020, he joined Huian Fund upon graduation. He previously served as a researcher in the Index and Quantitative Investment Department,

as a fund manager assistant.

Liu Xuanzi’s reason for leaving the position was an internal adjustment. The departure date is April 7, 2026, and there is no statement that he has been reassigned to another job position within the company.

The above matters have been handled in accordance with relevant regulations and relevant procedures have been completed with the Asset Management Association of China.
