Guotou UBS Fund Management Co., Ltd. announced that the secondary market trading price of the company’s Guotou UBS Silver Futures Securities Investment Fund (LOF) Class A shares (market abbreviation: Guotou Silver LOF; trading code: 161226) is significantly higher than its net asset value, resulting in a substantial premium. To protect investors’ interests, the fund will suspend trading from the market opening on February 27, 2026, until 10:30 a.m. on the same day. The fund will resume trading at 10:30 a.m. on February 27, 2026. During the suspension period, redemption services for the fund will continue as usual.
