Cresud Sociedad Anónima Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria has received authorization from the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) to issue up to 43,735,429 additional ordinary shares. This approval allows for the full exercise of outstanding options granted as part of a capital increase plan initially approved by shareholders in 2019 and the Board of Directors in 2021. If all options are exercised, Cresud’s authorized share capital for public offering will increase to ARS 725,378,233.
