Cross-chain bridging has always been a pain point in the crypto ecosystem. Over the years, the funds drained by hackers due to bridge vulnerabilities have already reached tens of billions of dollars. It's not an exaggeration to say that this is the most fragile link in the entire infrastructure.

One idea worth paying attention to is to eliminate dependence on bridges altogether. Instead of relying on easily attackable cross-chain solutions, fundamentally change the way interoperability is achieved. Such innovative solutions aim to completely solve the problem of asset flow between different public chains, eliminating the security risks associated with traditional bridges.

If this approach can be successfully implemented, it will be a significant improvement to the overall security landscape of Web3.

The bridge was hacked for over a billion, and it's still so calmly discussed. This has truly become a routine operation in the crypto space, haha. But this idea is indeed interesting. Bypassing the bridge itself rather than patching vulnerabilities sounds like cutting from the root, but the question is, can these alternative solutions truly achieve authentic interoperability?

Bridging is really a hot potato. Every time I hear about it being criticized, I just want to complain. The idea of eliminating reliance on bridging sounds great, but in practice... I have doubts. However, someone really needs to tackle this tough nut; Web3 security should have been upgraded long ago. True innovation is never about patching up problems, but about redesigning from the ground up. Looking forward to seeing such solutions implemented. Another "revolutionary" plan?
