After this wave of gains in the silicon industry, there are many voices of pessimism. Even the Haifeng concept couldn't boost it. But to be honest, the current changes in the fundamentals are indeed worth paying attention to. Looking inward, this track is experiencing three simultaneous transformations: on one side, prices are steadily rising; on the other, market demand for it continues to grow; and surprisingly, the supply side is shrinking. The convergence of these three forces actually signals that the cycle has bottomed out.

It may seem like a lonely wait now, but in reality, it is a buildup of energy. Once a reversal signal truly appears, the surge in the silicon industry track will be much more fierce than most people imagine. By then, many good targets may face a supply shortage.

Prices are steadily rising, demand remains high, and supply is shrinking—these three data points almost confirm the bottom of the cycle. The bearish voices cannot change the fundamental logic.
